Patient: Young man in his late 20's who works as a nurse is complaining of moderately severe neck pain with numbness in down his right arm into his hand.  

Myovision scan identified hypertonic musculature in his neck and upper back consistent with muscular spasms.  He also had a decreased range of motion in his cervical spine with pain down his arm.  Positive orthopedic test in the cervical spine with subluxations in his cervical spine and upper back.

Treatment: Consisted of Cervical Traction, Myofascial stretch of the cervical spine and  a full body adjustment to balance the body and maintain alignment.

Conclusion: Patient walked out of the office very excited with no numbness or pain in his arm or hand.  He was very surprised and happy to receive treatment  that did not include medications.
