Mark Van Buren is acertified meditation instructor, and is the creator and founder of Stress Free New Jersey. He has been actively teaching meditation and otherrelaxation methods to his community for over five years. In 2009, he founded a meditation group knownas "Meditation-In-Action" at Montclair State University, where he graduatedwith a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies. Mark has also lectured about meditation and stress reduction at localhigh schools and colleges, and used to run meditations sessions at a church inMontclair, NJ.
